We are pleased to announce the launch of our JHP Series hydraulic gear pump, a new-generation, high-pressure gear pump family engineered for construction machinery, agricultural equipment and industrial hydraulic systems. Developed as a cost-effective alternative to imported pumps, the JHP series combines advanced structural design with dependable, long-lasting performance.
Two platforms, one reliable family. The JHP2 series covers displacements from 32 to 100 cc/rev, while the JHP3 series extends from 63 to 200 cc/rev, with nearly 10 models in each platform to match a wide range of power requirements. Both platforms deliver a rated pressure of 20 MPa (maximum 25 MPa) and a rated speed of 2,200 r/min, ensuring stable output in demanding working conditions.
What makes the JHP series stand out:
High pressure, high efficiency. With a rated pressure of 20 MPa, a peak of 25 MPa and volumetric efficiency above 92%, the JHP series delivers strong, consistent flow to keep heavy machinery running at full power. The floating side-plate design automatically compensates for wear, maintaining high efficiency throughout the pump's service life.
Built to last. The pump body is made of high-strength ductile iron (QT500-7 / QT600-3) with a hardness of HB200-250, providing excellent impact resistance and durability under shock loads. Large-diameter needle roller bearings, bimetal side plates and a secondary sealing structure further extend service life and reliability.
Low noise, stable operation. Precision-machined gears and optimized internal clearances keep noise levels low and pressure fluctuation minimal, delivering smoother operation for both the machine and the operator.
Strong contamination resistance. High-pressure skeleton oil seals combined with high-pressure rubber seals prevent leakage under high load and high pressure, while the robust design tolerates harsher hydraulic oil environments with fewer failures.
Flexible configurations. The JHP series can be assembled as single, tandem (double), triple or even quadruple pumps to suit multi-circuit hydraulic systems. Models are available with right-hand, left-hand or bidirectional rotation, plus multiple flange options for easy installation.
Proven in the field. As the power source for wheel loaders, bulldozers, road rollers, excavators, forklifts and tractors — as well as mining, drilling and petroleum machinery — the JHP series has earned a reputation for dependable, cost-effective performance in tough conditions.
